Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups - Recipe



1. Melt down the coconut butter, coconut oil, and 3/4 c of peanut butter (reserve 1/4 c for PB filling!) & stir until smooth, liquid consistency

2. Stir in Super Collagen, Cacao powder, salt & vanilla

3. Pour a thin layer of the chocolate mixture enough to cover the bottom of the cupcake liners

4. Spoon in approx 1/2-1 tsp of Peanut Butter on top of the first layer

5. Cover the Peanut Butter with a second layer of chocolate mixture

6. For Classic “Reese’s” just place in the freezer until the mixture hardens up and keep stored in the freezer or fridge

7. If you want to add the toppings, add some lily’s chocolate chips & some salted peanuts on top for texture, then place in the freezer
