Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Before you return a product please give it at least a 14 day trial. We want you to give the product a fair try before returning it. If you use the product for 14 days and you still would like to return it, please reach out to us & we are happy to take care of it!
Returns Policy (Simple & Easy)
At Top Notch Nutrition we take pride in creating a product that everyone will love. If the order doesn’t meet your standards for any reason, send it back, because that means we didn't do our job! Our goal at Top Notch Nutrition is to gain a customer for life, and we'll do whatever it takes to make sure you are fully happy with your purchase!
Our process is simple. Within 30 days, if you don't love the product*, email us at email@example.com and we’ll get your return label sent over immediately (US ONLY)**. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we'll credit you back for 50% of the item if opened and 100% of the item if unopened. Items must be returned in the original box.
*Does not include Accessories or T-Shirts. All sales are final on these. No returns or exchanges.
**Orders outside the US will be responsible for covering return shipping. Once returned same rules apply. You will receive a 50% credit back if opened & a 100% credit if unopened.
-Items you have had for more then 30 days.
-Downloadable software products.
-Gear & Accessories
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
-Customer has not returned all merchandise.
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org (owner).
Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items do still qualify for return if you are unhappy with the product :).
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us at email@example.com with images & details.
We will provide you a return label for the product if in the US.

If you are outside the US you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
